Submitting A Ticket

Our ticketing system ensures clear communication by keeping you updated on your ticket’s progress until resolution. You’ll receive email updates and can easily add information by replying to those emails—your responses will automatically attach to the open ticket in our system. Providing detailed information, such as URLs or screenshots, helps us resolve issues more efficiently.

You’ll interact directly with our local help desk technical support team and they’ll work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible using remote control tools or dispatch someone to go onsite when required.
